I can't thank Kristyn, Aliya and their team enough for the exceptional customer service at Hair Club (Pickering). Kristyn is an exceptional hairstylist who has done a phenomenal job coloring, cutting, and styling my hair. She just great at what she does. It was my first time coloring my hair and it turned out well. Kristyn and her team made my birthday the most memorable one. Walked into the Pickering location not knowing you had to call or book online for a consultation, I was greeted by Holly who was more than happy to still chat with me. She was very comforting as things got a bit emotional due to this being a sensitive matter to me. She was very informative and caring. We explored everything from different solutions to different ways of payment. Because of her Hairclub is my first choice in terms of getting my hair back. So excited to see her again and work with her on my journey once I get my finances in order
