My wife and l wanted to improve our Bathroom, After working with Getreno on a smaller bathroom renovation, we hired them to renovate our house's main floor - kitchen, powder room, and living room. We decided to go with Getreno and never regretted our decision. Lupo was our project manager. Each of his team group made themselves available at all times. Our opinions and questions were always answered and respected. Lupo came out one night when an issue had arisen with our kitchen. Lupo was also very friendly and helpful during the process. They even did our stairs going up to the second floor. Friends and family have already commented positively on how our new kitchen looks. I found Get Reno and other reno companies from a Google search and after reading numerous reviews, set up a few meetings and received quotes. Lupo was the contractor I felt most comfortable with. Lupo was confident and passionate about his work and Get Reno’s services. He was patient and answered all my questions in a timely manner, asking his own questions to determine a vision. After many discussions about what we were looking for and guidance from Lupo about what could be done in our space, a contract was devised and work was scheduled to start. We agreed on updating our kitchen: a full demo, with new custom cabinets, countertops, sink, backsplash and tile flooring. Many conveniences were included in the reno, such as pull out pantry, spice rack and garbage/green bins. Pot lights and under cabinet lighting ensured the space would be brightly lit. We also added new tiling in our foyer and updated our powder room and main floor laundry room and repainted our main floor. Lastly, we asked Lupo and his team to create an additional bedroom by walling in an open study area and adding a pocket door. As most things nowadays post pandemic, supply issues and illnesses were inevitable. What was supposed to be a 4 week reno, turned into a 3 month execution. Lupo and Yasir worked with us over the 3 months and were communicative and kept us up-to-date on progress. There were several hiccups that occured that Lupo, Yasir and team were quick to address and rectify. Some of which were a damaged stove, which Lupo graciously apologized for and replaced. The fridge water line was squirting out and a few leaks that they were able to repair. The Get Reno team was a pleasure to work with. They were courteous and pleasant with our family. We always felt welcomed to come check in on the renos at any time and to ask any questions that arose. When we were able to move back home, there were a few discrepancies that needed to be addressed. Lupo met with me and walked through everything and discussed the issues. Lupo, Yasir and team were quick to address and repair any outstanding discrepancies and we love all the changes that were made in our home. Lupo, Yasir and team worked diligently to ensure we were happy with their service and we would use them again for future renos to our home.
