Excellent experience moving back from Canada-Vancouver to Argentina-Tucuman. Sadiel played a key role on the process since he speaks Spanish and assisted our family with professionalism and kindness. This has been the most stressful of years, my husband passed away, my landlady sold the house and it took me months to find somewhere to go in an absolutely over priced rental market. Then along comes the team at Focus. Mark in the sales team, Kristie in the office and the team of movers that came to my house all treated me with not only professionalism but also with kindness. You guys are the only moving company that charged what they said they were charging. No extra hidden fees that pop up just before or just after the move. I have had numerous moving companies in the past and all have charged extra. Extra time that was allocated etc. extra fees that had our belongings held for ransom. Your team of Mike, Gene and Jesse were such a great team. They have done an awesome job at moving all my stuff. Thank you so very much. And Mike, I hope you are right about the trains 😂.
International moves are always a bit stressful, but I was very pleased to get my belongings delivered yesterday by the team at Focus Moving. The staff were very helpful and professional and everything went smoothly with the delivery. They also showed up exactly at my preferred time which was much appreciated. Thanks for your help!
