I found Jason and ChalkUp after my old trainer quit I was looking for somebody that could deal with someone a little bit older. I’m in my late 40s and I had a shoulder injury. I was working through. Jason is fantastic. He really knows his technique he really knows how to work through sore spots and prevent injury Through the combination of exercises and massage therapy that they have on site I was able to repair my shoulder and it is now back to 100%. Every time we work out, he’s always watching out for sore spots or things that need extra stretching and work and is able to help me get past some plateaus. I haven’t been able to get past before. Jason is fantastic.
ATTENTION All you Hard Gainers (meaning hard to gain muscle weight), I started out at Chalk Up with Jason as my trainer 9 months ago at 141lbs and now sitting at 163lbs solid. I had a whole list of things I wanted to improve on with my lower back pain being the top of the list. So I gave Jason my list and he blew it out of the park. At 8 months in, my lower back pain was gone after suffering with it for 15+ years, seeing chiropractors, doing acupuncture as well as various massage therapies.
