Honestly one of the most honest mechanics you can ever go to. They not only checked my car, they physically showed me and even suggested I may be covered under warranty rather than trying to charge me themselves and make me pay for something I didn’t have to pay for. I wish them the best in business for years to come. The woman in the shop who helped me was super nice and respectful too and super knowledgeable. Thanks for everything!

Took my car here to get body and electrical repair, received excellent service, very welcoming front desk staff, very knowledgeable and friendly shop staff, everyone was all around pleasant and smooth to work with, 10\\10 WILL come to this shop in the future, god forbid something else happens to my car, but if something does this is the place to come to ??

I was in a car accident in November and was highly recommended to contact CARSTAR Pickering. From the very first call, the experience was exceptional. The secretary I spoke with was incredibly kind, understanding, and efficient, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
They walked me through every step of the process, from what to do after the accident, dealing with the collision centre, arranging a tow truck for my vehicle, and setting up a rental car. When I arrived, the rental was already arranged and ready to go.
