During this most recent polar freeze our furnace died.. Button’s to the rescue ??. They came the next day, and were frank and honest that the old unit was in fact old and out of code. They gave solutions to fix the old unit or purchase a new one. We went with the new option. They provided as many space heaters as we wanted and scheduled the install a couple of days later. The space heaters really kept the house warm thankfully. On install day, they arrived when they were supposed to, put drop sheets down, and removed and took away the old furnace. The entire process took 4 hours which was incredible. Very happy we selected this family run local business!
I asked on Facebook a good company that was recommended to look at my furnace, you guys where truly recommend. Katie came to the recuse and she was fabulous, very friendly, very thorough answered all our questions, went over everything she did and explained what was wrong what we should do and not do. I would recommend Button’s to anyone. One last thing their prices are also very respectable. Thank you Button’s and thank you Katie for your service.
Purchased my complete HVAC system from Buttons 6 years ago, and they have been servicing it since. Just completed a warranty repair and tge techs were friendly and professional as always!
