My mom had a major drainage backup the day after significant rainfall when J.R. Plumbing was very busy responding to septic system calls due to the weather. They made time to come assess her issue the same day she called. It was a major issue; he returned the very next day, spent the entire day there and fixed all of the multiple problems with her drains. This is the second time Mom has used J.R. Plumbing and both times the service was prompt, professional and resolved the problem completely.Services: Drain cleaning

We have had them twice now and both times went very well. The first time was for installation of a toilet and they were in and out very quickly and did a great job. The second time was a little harder in that it was during Covid so getting a booking was a little longer wait in that parts had to be ordered for a faucet instillation. Services fees are very reasonable and staff is very friendly but still professional. Will use again.
