The receptionists and all the staff at Petrolia Hospital are so kind, compassionate and amazing. Unfortunately I’ve had to be there many times since moving here and everyone has always been so kind and helpful. I greatly greatly appreciate having this hospital in our beautiful town
Honestly, I would go here over BWH in Sarnia any day. They are not perfect by any means, no hospital is, and I wouldn’t go here for a serious emergency if you can get to a bigger hospital, but I’ve never had an issue here so far and have been here more times than I’d like to admit. If I need help with something they help, and that’s a lot more than I can say for some other hospitals especially as a chronically ill person who frequently needs hospital care. The staff here is usually generally full of really kind hearted people who truly want to help, so if you have something going on that’s not massively life threatening unless you can’t get to a bigger hospital...read full review
Aug 12 my son after all day trying to get into his dr, walk in clinics etc. he finally in the evening went to Petrolia. With the waiting room as full as I have ever seen it, the room emptied at a reasonable time frame and his care from triage, to dr care and nurse was by far the best we’ve had in years. I believe it was dr Leonard. Thank you
