He goes above and beyond the usual inspection, pointing out safety and maintenance concerns, and is available to answer questions even months after the inspection. Highly recommend Marc, but don't take my word for it as a first time buyer, I have no context. However, both my agent and broker were there during the inspection and both requested business cards. And I had two 40+ year home owners there as well who both commented on how great he was. He's thorough, knowledgeable, easy to understand, and if you're lucky you'll get a joke or two. He also talked me out of even doing an inspection for a previous property due to the condition, which built a ton of credibility before we even worked together. Wish every business was this easy to work with and as good at their job.
