Marc was very thorough with his inspection and went above and beyond the usual inspection by pointing out things related to safety and future maintenance. Marc is very kind and was very patient with all my questions and concerns and extremely helpful by explaining things in a manner I was able to learn and feel comfortable. He even made himself available months after the inspection when I had an emergency question about my home. I will definitely use him in the future and will absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for an inspection.

I hired marc thibodeau on the advice of my realtor, and am vert happy i did. marc was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of the house, and often gave advice even beyond the scope of the inspection of how to best repair and care for the property. most impressive for me wasn't even marc's knowledge, amassed over a lifetime in the industry, but his willingness to explain things to me in a way i can understand. this is my first house. marc encouraged me to climb into the attic and on the roof with him.
