I've had Sterling open and close my pool for 10 years now and had them install a safety cover for me 3 years ago and they are pros. I never leave reviews but seeing an unfair review on a great business like Mr Mark Schindels i had to say something. We had the same chalk line marks on our pool deck after the install, which washed off as it looks in your picture. The anchors also look to be in the right spot too. You're walking away from the best pool company around!
Very impressed with how the owner’s of this company handled an issue with our pool opening. Sterling closed our pool last year and when a different company came to open it today, a damaged pipe was found. The cause of the cracked pipe is not known but after speaking with one of the Owners, he had someone here almost immediately to do a pressure test (which showed no leaks) and then a different employee here before the end of day to fix the pipe and turn our system on. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations in handling this issue! I am very grateful for such incredible service and I will definitely be using Sterling for future pool maintenance needs!
Excellent service! We had our hot tub cleaned by Sterling Pools. The technician took the time to show us how to take care of the hot tub with all the chemicals then emptied and cleaned it. I can't recommend them enough!
