I've been going to Doug and Jerry for the last little while now, after having a long-standing relationship with my family. I've had a rattling in my car that has been driving me nuts and took it to my previous mechanic only to have him charge me $500 for shocks that didn't fix the noise. He told me to 'turn up the radio'. Turns out it was a brake pad, that the previous mechanic had altered to fit. I never would have guessed that based on all the information available online. Russelle's Auto Service has been a pleasure to deal with and most definitely will be taking all future business there.

If I could give them a ten star I would they are thorough show full respect to their customers they do not over charge at all . They get you in as soon as possible and always friendly with a smile . Our whole gets good service from . Thank you Jerry and Doug and your other mechanics

Excellent, fast and affordable! Car troubles are stressful but I really had a positive experience getting my issues sorted quickly and reliably. Doug was super friendly to deal with and Russell's gave me a much better price than another shop I had received an estimate from.
