We were quite under the gun for getting everything done, but Jess hustled SO HARD; she worked tirelessly & efficiently to complete my services in the midst of her very busy day. Best haircut and balayage I've ever received! On top of that, Jess is incredibly warm and sweet, and plays THE BEST TUNES of any salon I've been to! So lucky to have this level of expertise in Peterborough :)

After years without a proper haircut, today felt like a reset.

Jess is truly amazing. I have thin curly hair that does its own thing and I’m in that awkward stage of growing out a pixie cut, so not an easy starting point. Somehow, Jess just got it and intuitively gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had in my life. I also really appreciate how thoughtful she is about the products she uses and that she makes environmentally conscious choices when sourcing them. It shows how much she cares about her clients and their hair health. Hands down, she is the best. Highly recommend!
