Clean store with friendly and helpful staff. The till can form a line quickly but they regularly call for 'backup'. Once reinforcements arrive things flow smoothly again. The parking lot needs more trees and safer pedestrian crossings.

Our little Havapoo puppy ran into some bushes last evening and emerged covered in little green burs. It was so bad he couldn’t even open his eyes. We cut out what we could however it was obvious that we weren’t going to even scratch the surface when it came to removing them from his face, ears and around his mouth (not to mention his entire body, tail etc). He had a bad night as the burs bothered him as he tried to sleep. My wife called PetSmart first thing this morning to see if we could get the little boy in for an appointment. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The website is very troublesome sometimes when trying to check out. Always a large range of items to choose from. He did a pet adoption for a kitten a few years ago, and it was a great only issue that he came with an eye infection.
