Not the best but the good workers try and I’ve had some good experiences though bad products not the worst I’ve seen everything together gives it about 3.8 stars
For the most part PetSmart is an awesome place to get all your needs from furry to feathered to scale. However it would be nice if there shelves were more stocked or stocked better so people can buy more than one or two bags of pet food.
They are generally friendly and helpful. I'm not impressed, however, that they no longer sell any T5 UVB hoods. How can you responsibly sell bearded dragons, but not sell the UVB units that they absolutely HAVE TO HAVE?! Clearly they are selling insufficient coil UVB bulbs to uneducated customers which will inevitably result in the suffering of the bearded dragons they sell. That is NOT OK!
