Staff were actually great. The person who helped us was knowledgeable ( to the best of her ability) and helpful and very friendly!
I only give 3 stars because they were only able to guess that both birds we bought are male. It was very difficult to tell because they're too young still for the colour of their ceres to be sure. They don't have any gender data on birds.. and no guarantees. Just an estimate that the birds are about 3-4 months old. Which means if one of our birds turns out to be a girl.. we are in the position of possibly having to destroy her eggs, and then rehoming and replacing her & out money.
Staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome in the store. I like that they have co-op students and are giving them a chance to learn in a field they are interested (the student I met was very polite and helpful). So far my little dwarf hamster is loving his new home. Thank you for the help!
Amazing store ! Have so many products! Great staff all so friendly and all very educated in their own departments! Animals are spoiled like they are there own , very impressed with this store they actually care for there animals and staff would highly recommend
