This is honestly the best corporate pet store I’ve ever been to. The staff there are so kind and clearly love all animals.
My dog has peed in their store before and they were so professional. They have groomed all three of my Cane Corso’s (Henry, Winston and Carmella) at the Peterborough location. Every single time was perfect.

I took my senior dog to the groomers there and they were great with her, they took their time, were gentle and managed her stress and stubbornness really well! 10/10 would recommend
I took my puppy here for dog training. Mary is an amazing trainer who takes you step by step through the program and ensures the dogs have a safe and good time. She gives great practical advice and reasoning behind the techniques we are learning, is extremely knowledgeable, and is always available if you have questions. We have made some good friends and memories during the class and look forward to more. Thank you Mary!
