In my humble opinion, I believe that Ellie is super passionate about her business. I also believe that she is even more passionate about her customer's peace of mind and satisfaction.
Ellie was able to take a plant that is not normally delivered and turned it into a beautiful bouquet that was way above my expectation. The product was stunning, well priced and delivered on time as discussed. My girlfriend was so elated to be surprised, but even more impressed by the rare bouquet that was put in a pretty vase. The blooms were super fresh and still looks fresh from a week ago.

Ellie was amazing at arranging our floral tribute to our friends funeral service, she was very understanding and compassionate to our needs for a floral bouquet that was representing us in memory of our friend, it was delivered on time and was beautifully done.

I had my wedding at Golden Beach Resort in Roseneath this past September, and as someone that's not from the area or PTBO for that matter, I had to find a florist who was able to deliver right to the venue. I came across Ellie while scouring the internet and I'm so glad I decided to book her. She is incredibly sweet and did everything I requested. Communication was solid throughout the whole process.
