Cathy is a wonderful lady. She is so sweet and always treats my dog with care. The haircuts are always on point and my dog is looking stunning.
I had a Shih Tzu, but she passed away in 2023. I haven't had a reason to go back. Not owning a dog anymore. ? (not a business reason)
BUT, GOOD NEWS!!!!!! I'll be returning as I just got another Shih Tzu. And he needs a good bath and a haircut. Im sure once Cathy is done with him he will be clean and fresh, and looking so handsome ?!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my long hair Persian cat, first I took him to pet smart they charged me 140$ and didnt even cut his hair but then when I took him here they did an amazing cut on him and charged me less then half that price and they were incredibly nice and at per smart they were rude to me for no reason 10 outa 10 here

Great people here. I found both ladies to be very welcoming and friendly. I'm an extremely careful pet parent who worries about our fur babies a lot. The ladies at Pet Pals were very understanding and patient with my concerns about my dear bunny's nervousness. They were very kind and gentle to my bunny who needed his nails trimmed. Their price was ridiculously good.I will definitely be returning to Pet Pals for the next trim.
