I had my taxes done with Liberty tax the past 2 years. Excellent service and very very accommodating. When I see the bad reviews online I have a feeling they came from people who were frustrated with individual tax situations. Liberty Tax is EXTREMELY busy during tax session, people lined up waiting. What people fail to realize is that they are working very long days during the peak season. Don’t let the bad reviews sway you from using them. I’ve used a number of companies in the past. They are BY FAR the most responsive and timely and professional business I have ever worked with. Remember. They do TAXES every day!! Don’t expect sunshine and lollipops people.

Amazing friendly service, very hard working staff. Angela went above and beyond to ensure my return was done before closing and they were extremely busy. Highly recommend above anywhere else.

Started doing taxes with these guys a few years ago when we lived in Peterborough, they were so effective and efficient that we ended up still using them (virtually) even after moving a few hours away! They always got us a good return and the prices were fair, they even remember us every year and are super welcoming. Highly recommend.
