So ill give it 2 stars because the lady I dealt with was very friendly and also patient and sweet to my very busy 3yo boy. But a month after filing with them, I didn’t get child tax which currently makes up 60% of my income (they are very aware of this considering they did my taxes) so I checked my CRA account to see what was up. It said that my 2021 tax assessment had NOT YET BEEN RECEIVED!?? Like what? It takes moment for the cra to receive it. Not over a month… So I call h&r to inquire and the lady who answers says “I’m with a client right now but if you give me your name I’ll take a look for you and call back as soon as I’m finished with this person”...read full review

The staff I dealt with were very nice, service was fast and covid compliant. But they were inaccurate in the details they reported to me. When I tried to fix the situation I was told there was nothing they could do despite admitting fault in their actions.

My wife and I just moved to the area and all was handled professionally and efficiently. Colleen is on her game. Highly recommend. My taxes are not a straight forward file. Having someone go over everything and explain it like Colleen did, made it seamless.
