I recently had an upsetting issue with my glasses frames and Scott dealt with it promptly and with class. I came home feeling relieved and happy. Once again Scott aims to please. He goes above and beyond. I'd recommend Kawartha Optical as a place to find friendly and great service. Ellie Steele.
Fantastic service, super helpful when I had questions. Honestly was my first time seeing an optometrist since I was a kid, so having the staff be friendly and open was fantastic.
I will note that the optometrist is on the second floor up a flight of stairs with no elevator access, to anyone who may have the use of a mobility aid.
I absolutely loved the help that I got today, Wednesday, November 20 from the woman who got everything organized from the man that helped me yesterday‘s mistake and it made my day to know that my total wasn’t what I was told the first time. Love their deals love their facility is always clean And friendly workers.
