Main sewer blockage, called on the reference of a friend, but they were booked solid for a couple days, and I needed it fixed NOW. Called around most other local plumbers, without a phone answer, and to date not even a call back from my left message. Ended up calling Reliance who promised me they would come the very next morning and fix me up. They came, said “I need my partner, I need my scope and I need more tools. I won’t be back till tomorrow, and it’ll be $1000.00” the day Bruce Maly Plumbing said they were able to come. Our hot water tank failed Sunday evening. I spoke with Ethan on the phone. He politely asked questions and gave me some instructions. As the problem was not an emergency, Ethan explained I would receive a phone call early Monday morning. In the prescribed time frame, I was phoned by Tyler. He described when he would arrive to assess the problem and phoned again when he was on his way to my address. It was determined the tank had to be replaced. The swap was done in a timely manner. The replacement was completed cleanly and all my questions were totally answered. 5 gold stars to Ethan and Tyler for crushing my plumbing problem!

We had an emergency plumbing situation over Easter weekend. We called around to a few plumbing places that didnt get back to us for hours. Within 30 mins of calling Bruce Maly, someone was at our home and they had the issue resolved in under and hour. They knew with it being a holiday their prices were higher and they were mindful of that for us and worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. I am so so so grateful for their help.
