Gary and Ryan were here in summer of 2023 to waterproof the basement. It is still leaking. There is no improvement over last year. After they recommended this spring that I have them waterproof from the inside at an additional price of almost $7,000. , I called two other companies. Both of these companies said that the new drainage had not been connected to my existing sump. Upon further investigation it turns out that the foundation had not been waterproofed at all. It had been dug partway down, had some coating put on and about 4 feet of membrane applied and then back filled. No new drainage and no gravel.

Gary came to see the issue we were having with a small foundation leak, found the problem and provided a very reasonable quote to fix it.
His crew showed up when they said they would, were very polite and professional. They worked cleanly and were very respectful of our property and ensured our plants were protected, and replanted.

We are so happy with All Wrapped Up. Everyone involved was so professional. Our job ended up being a lot more work then anticipated, no one complained and they got it done. We also had a lot of clean up to do which the guys helped with. We were super overwhelmed with the amount of work we had to do and were so grateful for their help. We also previously had a couple of companies come out that ghosted us. All Wrapped Up had some other jobs to be done but they came back when they said they would. Highly highly recommend!!!
