Doc is okay his wife the receptionist is very very rude not mannered well and clearly doesn’t really know what she’s doing my son had an appointment at 9am and she moved it back to 10:45 with no warning or heads up stuck in a small waiting room standing as there was no chairs left my child got yelled at to leave the play room as he was “to old” && the receptionist also looks at “younger parents” as a joke

Try to get my daughter an appointment since June like seven messages and now they’re saying we need a new referral because no one answered their messages to renew her prescription and now it’s on us management. There is unbelievably rude. They’re unorganized and they don’t know what they’re doing it is sad that they let children like that go without. I am so disappointed and disgusted. Even after I provided proof from my phone log how many times I tried to call nothing was done

Dr. Asim is amazing with my kids. Unfortunately, his secretary is not. She is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Should not be working in a pediatric office whatsoever. She always has an attitude.
