The staff here are amazing. I have NEVER had a bad experience with anyone here in over 13 years since becoming a patient there. Extremely helpful with great bedside manners. They are like friends for me. 5*

I’ve been a patient here for a few years now. It used to be tough to get ahold of them, but now there is a voicemail system and if it’s something that needs to be addressed they call back within a day or two. If you can’t wait a couple days you should be going to the ER anyways. They also now have walk in appointments available for registered patients, which has been absolutely amazing for minor needs.I find staff to be caring and friendly, they always remember my and my sons name when I come in.My only complaint is that I’ve seen patients bring in their dogs. Press 0 to leave a voicemail. Then it just plays the recording repeatedly. It’s nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone. I give 3 stars as they did help me to get me referred to a surgeon for a belly button hernia removal surgery. I only need a prescription refill for inhalers for my asthma and I can’t even leave a voicemail.
