About Peak Hot Yoga
Peak Hot Yoga offers creative and enjoyable yoga classes in a welcoming atmosphere. The studio provides a relaxed ambiance and a padded floor for comfort. Students appreciate the cold cloths after classes and the flavorful tea. Peak Hot Yoga makes seniors feel welcome and comfortable, even in large classes. The studio is beautiful, and the instructors are incredible. The community is welcoming, and the staff are exceptional. Showers are available after hot classes, which is amazing for those who sweat a lot. The facility is clean and smells good, and the instructors are passionate, making students eager to learn. Guests have noted the phenomenal atmosphere, welcoming and patient instructors, and the uplifting community. The studio is a calm, clean, and grounding space, and members have found the practice to be supportive, especially for postpartum recovery and pregnancy.
I started at Peak in December 2022. I was really nervous because I am very far from flexible, have injuries, and not necessarily the most fit person. Once I started I quickly realized that everyone was very welcoming and encouraging. There were alternatives to each move and you are encouraged to do what you can and what your body can handle. Now I really enjoy my time there. It has been so helpful for my self care routine. So if you want to join but you feel like your downward dog will look like a dead dog (which I was convinced of lol) take the step. I promise it’ll be worth it. 😊

Tried out Peak for the first time, and was so impressed by the experience. Very welcoming, incredibly relaxing ambiance, and had a really enjoyable class. I’ll be coming back soon!
