1st time, he diagnosed it within the same day, and replaced the part with a new one within the same day it was given to him.
2nd time, diagnosed within the same day, couldn't be done entirely due to a time crunch (on my part, not his). However, he found the culprit and explained what should be done next when I go to the next guy.
He did not give me an invoice for this because he believes he shouldn't charge anyone if it is given back in the same state.
10/10 would recommend this guy.
