“I had dealt w/ Vince in retail yrs ago, which led me to be a customer of his over the yrs. Courteous and professional, I have zero hesitation in recommending his business. Kevin and Andrew just left my house today after doing a bathroom fan, humidity switch and outdoor vent install. This was not a retrofit but a fresh install in an older house. They wasted no time and also investigated a problem outlet I had, after I had casually mentioned it.
The outlet was 5 yrs old but had issues when seldom used. After trouble shooting, the breaker was pulled only to find scorching and heat transfer marks as a result, on the surrounding breakers. The panel is likely original to the house ('79) and the plan now is to replace the unit in the near future. Kevin and Andrew were extremely professional and I tried my best to be a good customer by prepping the area they were to work in, provide extra lighting if possible and as much info to Vince to give an idea of what was involved, including a cpl of pics, measurements and fan specs. Zero headaches for everybody. I look forward to working w/ them again. Thanks Vince for scheduling me in.
As for the person that called re the hung up calls, I believe this would likely have been due to dropped calls if by cell phone or landlines issues, certainly not deliberately by Vince. As usual, very pleased w/ the outcome. Kudos to all.“
