If I could give these guys infinite stars I would. I was 400kms from home and having serious car problems that would prevent me from getting home. After having been turned away by the Hyundai dealership in the area, I called Wilson Street Auto fleet and Chris told me the shop was full but I could come on by and they would see what they could do. They found the issue within 10 minutes, fixed it and explained next steps for me to get home safe. I cannot thank these guys enough. If I lived in the area, I’d never go anywhere else. Thank you all so much for turning a stressful situation around, being so kind and helpful.

I was very pleased with the help I received yesterday April 19th 2024 as I had a emergency wheel bearing to be replaced on my cruze, After the tech and Chris at the front desk fighted with part stores to get the right part after 5 times it was completed and I was on the road with in 2 hours. I highly recommend this place very nice people and marcy knows how to make her workers happy and she sure knows how to run things. 5 star all day.

Great people, kind and professional staff that go the extra mile. I’ve been here a few times in the last year, new tire install, brakes redone on two different vehicles, switching from summers tires to winter tires. The mechanic was able to clean our callipers instead of replacing, which saved us money. Truly appreciate having this business in our community. Thank you.

Went in for alignment from crooked steering wheel and to diagnose a thud in front end during brake and accel... Three visits, two alignments and a few hours book time later I left with nothing fixed, them telling me they cannot find thud even though I told them I thought it was a control arm they said it was checked and all was fine, they said they cannot align due to bent sub frame..I went to my usual place in Kingston and within 10 mins they found the thud and it was where I said it would be, another 20 min alignment and they found my rear end was so out of alignment I was crab walking!Not going back here, plus they charge more per hour than I've ever seen!Don't do it to yourself is all I can say.
