was SO appreciative to be taken on as a patient by Dr. Tony Li....as a senior, very fit, non smoking, athletic, and still involved in farming, so busy,,,I was happy that he recognized my commitment to staying healthy. Very pleased with he and the staff.
I’ve been going to this clinic for 4.5 years now and all of the staff has been wonderful to me. Though sometimes difficult to get through on the phone, they have an easy to use online booking service. Dr. Li is my family physician and he has been so caring and patient with me while navigating my health issues. He takes the time to properly diagnose and does a great job advocating for when I require specialist care.
I'm so happy to have found the Tay Valley family health centre team 3 yrs ago. I have been treated with the utmost respect. I appreciate and respect you all. As a retired Medical Office Administrator , I am familiar with the frustrations on both sides. Patience and kindness is a virtue. Communication is the key for both parties in the Health Care system. Thank you
