Dr. Aranha is a good physician, helpful and thorough. The office staff are condescending, rude and always interrupt you. The employee Kathy always interrupts and talks to you like you’re stupid for asking a question. Answers with “you were supposed to” and “that’s our policy not others” while interrupting your question and it was a simple clarification, no aggressive language or threatening tones. For someone that is the first to greet patience she is a poor hire for that office. Other incidents such as nurses laughing when symptoms and issues are being explained, cold and again condescending. Dr MacDonald is by far the best, most caring and in tune doctor I’ve ever seen in my 40 odd years on this planet, and I’m very thankful to have found him. I would have given 5 stars if the staff at the front counter were friendly/ easier to deal with.

MehStaff is good, will get you in for an appointment; Doctors are *ok*. They definitely engage in medical gaslighting when they assume that patients are not of the same socio-economic background as they are. I have not been able to get a *single* referral to a specialist. Not one. Not a dermatologist for skin cancer concerns, ENT for severe tinnitus, nothing. Was told to find a therapist in the "back pages of Psychology Today". They treat working class patients like they're "pill shopping" (was told the pain from an inflamed bowel would be better after a few days of antibiotics, and I didn't need any pain medication).Doctors here do not always... read full review
