Based on my first experience, they came off as honest, fair, easy to work with and trustworthy regarding mechanical needs.Talking to the receptionist (over the phone and in person) as well as the mechanic ( in person) would confirm this.I recommend them.Service: Transmission

Everytime I've brought my car here, it's been the best service, friendly and accurate, not to many places out there full of honesty like these guys. I greatly appreciate everything they have done to help us with our car. They can expect plenty of bussiness from us when we need it. Saved the vacation. Was visiting from out of town and heard some concerning noises in my truck. A search turned up Precision Auto with 100% 5 stars (really, a mechanic with all positive reviews - unheard of right?). Even though they were fully booked, they squeezed me in, diagnosed a failing water pump, and changed it the same day for a fair price. Precision Auto made sure I was ready to roll for the rest of my holiday and a safe trip home. Another 5 star from me - thanks to everyone at Precision Auto.Services: Engine repair
