James is amazing to work with! My 10year’s favourite practices was when James was there. James has a way to grab and hold the attention of his clients, they feel the respect he has for them and they want to make him proud in return. He watches and corrects as mistakes happen, he is always giving feedback! He treats all his clients with the utmost respect and speaks to them like they matter and not down to them. Great atmosphere! Welcoming environment regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey. Also dealt with Kevin for some of his on ice programs and was blown away by the attention to detail and focus on fundamentals his sessions offer. Highly recommend!

A year ago I started my journey with CrossFit and have absolutely loved every second of it! I was very nervous starting up, but the knowledgeable coaches and supportive atmosphere is what keeps me going everyday. Valley Apex has a community like no other gym and every member is treated like family. I highly recommend to everyone!!
