Waste of money. won't fix anything but will charge. we had plumbing issues, he resetted one thing, then gave up for the night because he lost his tools before showing up and charged us $500. came back next day, inspected something and told us it would fix itself, it did not, and gladly charged us additional $300. When i complained, he said i was lucky he didn't charge me for him looking for his tools that he lost. We hired another plumber, and he actually fixed it. borderline criminal, at the very least a giant waste of money

Booked a last minute emergency appointment at 4:00pm after other one canceled, took our call and is already on way to our house. Stayed in contact with us to let us know when he left and how many minutes out.
Highly recommend JP plumbing.

Very disappointed with the camera inspection service.I was quoted $150 flat rate for the camera inspection.The plumber came unprepared, had to go back to the shop twice, once for the camera wand and the other time for the batteries for the wand.Unfamiliar with their own equipment, consequently taking 4 hrs to do the inspection, with the result being and approximate location, but not sure.In the end i was charged $900 for the service and to top it off no recording of the inspection, which most reputable plumbers provide. Draw you own conclusions.Service: Sewer cleaning
