Not responsive, required multiple follow up requests. Electrical inspection required a letter of completion, charged $75 for a letter with 10 words on top of the final inspection fee.

Delayed response, required multiple follow up requests. Upon completion received a bill that included $75 to provide a letter with 10 words confirming electrical repairs were made for a Fire Retro Fit. I have no problem paying for a final inspection but an additional $75 for a letter is excessive and more than a Dr. fee.
