We have been dealing with Paula and team for over 6 yrs now. They have always treated our family with the best service. We sold our last hot tub as was getting older and having issues, we just purchased a new hot tub from Paula and Janet and can’t wait to use it. We've been dealing with Blok Pools since 2010 from our first above ground pool to our current in ground. In the early stages of our relationship I struggled to maintain the pools balance and Blok was awesome at explaining to where and what I was doing wrong. 2 summers ago we we installed a fiberglass salt water pool and everything from the planning to the install to the final touches went perfect. The staff at Blok were easy to be in touch with, made several visits to our home to ensure they understood any set backs correctly.
