From the 14’ x 28’ inground pool install (Summer 2023) to the pool close (October 2023), the Blok Pools & Hot Tubs team have been exceptional.Salesman Dave was wonderful and pleasant to deal with. He made me feel very relaxed and confident in the decisions I was making. He came to my house multiple times before I committed to Blok Pools & Hot Tubs to ensure I had all the necessary information and could visualize the projects design and scope.His attention to detail and customer service is second to none. We've been customers of Blok for about two years now. We purchased a 'Freedom' hot tub by Coast Spas. Blok was great right from the start (the BC flooding and landslides at the time delayed our delivery), and they've always been helpful answering our questions as newbie hot tub owners.
