Ben was amazing! Gave me a lot advice about plumbing and wells and made me feel really comfortable. I recommend hirstwood plumbing & septic services and will use them in the future if I have any water issues

Called 6:30AM thought a voice message would be the reply, but Ben answered the phone was very empathetic of my septic backing up into the house and was at my home at 8:00AM. Line cleaning and septic tank pumped was handled professionally, I highly recommend their service.
August long weekend and we’re hosting 17 people at the cottage and we have a septic system emergency out of the blue! We called at least 20 “emergency septic repair” specialists not a single one returned our call. Ben was the only one that not only took our call but he showed up within the hour and had our septic system up and running before supper time. He was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant.
