John from Lakeside did the final set up of my mini split, he was efficient, professional, and didn't mind me asking him a bunch of questions and hanging around during the job. Fair pricing, excellent service on both the administrative staff and technician.
Honestly, 12 months ago this would have been a 2 star review. I bought a new AC unit that had perpetually been louder than it should have been, but only sometimes, which made isolating the issue difficult. However, their team didn't give up and thankfully on the last service call it seems like the issue has been resolved. May be frustrating sometimes but I do believe that they'll try as hard as they can to make sure you're satisfied.
Edit: in fairness the problem was a manufacturers defect and shouldn't reflect on Lakeside outside of the fact that they carry the brand
Very impressed with every aspect of how they run their business. They really bailed us out of a problem. Their tech guy was awesome . The bill was reasonable. I will call them 1st whenever I need help .
