Adam is an Awesome Guy! He knows his products, and required service to support. I purchase a remote starter in June 2016 for 2012 Ridgeline. Good 7 years later, no problems with this remote. I had to get my truck repair, it came back with the remote not working. Called Adam, over the phone he got me up and running again. Wow! My thoughts were thinking the worst. It was a simple fix. He was polite, professional and willing to help on the spot. Awesome service and support. This excites me that we have good service in our region. Team All-Tech has a customer forever.
