I'm fairly new to the area, and finding a new mechanic can be stressful--but so far, I'm very glad I chose this shop. I hired Sound Auto Care to inspect and repair my brakes in 2024. They booked me in quickly and got the job done. Unfortunately, the new brakes started squeaking almost right away. When I called to complain, they booked me back in right away, and fixed the issue immediately. My brakes have been great ever since, and I have recently returned for additional maintenance work. I appreciate their prompt responses and availability, and their professional demeanor. I will be returning again next time my truck needs anything. Thanks guys.

This is the type of repair shop I’d recommend to my grandparents and loved ones! The level of honesty is top notch! The repair was way less than I anticipated and the gent that owns the business was very kind and professional. I work in the automotive industry and I can tell you it was a nice refreshing experience ! Thank you so much for not only fitting us in on a pinch even short handed but also for restoring faith that there are genuinely good techs still out there !
