The popular auto shop is consistently offering competitive prices, and they are generally quite fast in getting my vehicle serviced. I also have to say that Sajeev is always extremely friendly and helpful.

Terrible service and only on par pricing matching other distributors. Had our truck in recently for installation of tires. Just to note, we bought tires through them with the guarantee that they would be ordered, and installed within the week. Big ask, but if you can't do it, don't promise that you can just to get the sale. As mentioned pricing was on par with others and this promise is what awarded them the sale. 3 weeks later, we have an appointment to get the tires on. 4 tires off rims and back on rims, took them over 2 and a half hours. I worked at a tire shop for many years, it takes 30-50 minutes if you aren't overbooking or messing around, anyone who says otherwise needs better trained and accredited staff on their payroll. To add the fairly high installation charge that was not waived or even discounted after the long wait and broken promise. I would say if you are looking for tires, do not go here as you cannot take them at their word. Only reason it was bumped to 2 stars is the job was eventually accomplished vs not at all.

Fast, professional, and affordable. Was in a pinch for an automotive issue. Almost all shops I called were full and had long wait lists. Got my car serviced fast and effectively. Nothing but nice things to say about popular Auto!
