As always, the staff at Ok Tire are friendly, honest, reliable, accommodating and do a great job. The public area is very clean and offers complimentary hot/cold drinks with comfortable couches. I’ve bought tires and rims from them a couple of times now. And will continue to use them in the future. I would definitely recommend this business in a heartbeat.

I had a bad impression of this place because of an issue that happened to my car while installing a side mirror, the staff in the front desk definitely needs to improve their service because they are not the kindest, but I can also say, the owner of this business contacted me right away and made things right which certainly made me feel way more comfortable with this business knowing he took full responsibility, made things right and was super fast in responding regarding the situation.

Helped me out big time trying to get home in a snow squall. Stopped in in the hopes they could help me fix my windshield wiper because it stopped working and I literally couldn't see out the windshield. I was in and out in like 5 minutes and it was fixed! Super nice people, and very kind to help me out.
