My recent experience with McDonald’s was not what I expected . Cost versus quality and quantity didn’t make the cut. I upgraded to the premium paid addition $50.00 and it still looks standard. The delivery was quick, cookies were great. Wife was happy so that was a win. Nothing is affordable anymore and really so we only look at one side. Where is the rest of the flowers 😞

Disappointing Experience – Insensitive Customer Service
I ordered the Gracious Lavender Basket from McDonald Flower Cart in Owen Sound for a grieving family, but what they received was completely different from what I had paid for. The arrangement was smaller, less elegant, and did not match the quality shown in the product listing.
When I contacted the florist to address this issue, I expected a reasonable and compassionate resolution. Instead, I was given only two options: either they take back the flowers from the grieving family and issue a refund, or they send the correct arrangement—but only on Tuesday (several days later). Asking a grieving family to return funeral flowers is completely inappropriate and lacks basic empathy.
Rather than put the family through more stress, I chose to leave the flowers as they were and keep my money, but I felt it was important to share my experience. A professional florist should take accountability for their mistakes and offer a resolution that is respectful to the customer and, most importantly, to the grieving family. I would not recommend this florist based on their poor handling of this situation.
