We had a new Lennox Furnace and A/C installed recently and are very pleased with the service and demeanour of this Business. Under dire weather situations the Technicians, Jesse and Thomas, managed to get here and conducted themselves most professionally and efficiently over two days of installation. Above and beyond excellent! Prompt and professional customer service and repair. Absolutely transparent and extremely reasonable in service and billing. Home office and Owner exceptional in concern for my problem and resolve. Technician showed up in the most adverse of weather conditions with a great disposition and clearly had a huge knowledge and experience base. Fixed the problem right away and had the foresight to bring any and all required replacement parts expediting the repair and then disappearing into the night like some kind of superhero.
