Amazing customer service. They were direct and to the point and open and honest about the chainsaw I needed. I researched and was decided on the MS261C. I had a great discussion with them and they confirmed it was the correct saw for my needs. They also test ran it and showed me all the features of the saw, proper maintenance and correct break in period. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I have shopped with these guys for years. Many high quality products bought. But im bad with machines. They do a killer job at being them back after my abuse. I have bought old, neglected machines in and they have got them going and they are still going 5 years later. (The machine is 20 years old its self) I have shown up with some bad breaks, and they have always taken care of me. Today I maybe tipped them all and we shared some good laughs. I really don’t mind breaking things because they are a really great group. They likely are shaking the heads thinking this guy shouldn’t own machines lol. But 100% reliable service with them. Last Saturday, I picked up a 3/8” P 2-in-1 Stihl chain sharpener. I had an excellent 1st impression of this shop. Wide assortment. Unpretentious. I will continue giving them my patronage!
