Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away. Amazing experience with Dean and Rebecca - they were able to come fix my two broken toilets really quickly, and did a fantastic job putting the new ones in and taking the old ones away. Price was exactly as quoted. Definitely going to be a repeat client for future plumbing projects!
