I was amazed at the quick response as other commitments say while many plumbers do not respond the phone or set up the appointment as early as possible. Dean and his boy showed up and fixed the clogged kitchen drain within 6 hours after I called. They had appropriate tools and did not make mess at all. Thank you very much!

Had an emergency I thought, left a message at 4.30pm, he called back at 5.30, solved the “emergency” in 5 mins by his guidance and knowledge. I’m flabbergasted at this time of year, and to have such a personal approach with patience, myself trying his suggestions while on the phone, blown away. There is many good people around, but some go a wee bit higher, on personal customer service! Thank you so much, I have you on speed dial, appreciate your customer service etiquette!

Amazing experience with Dean and Rebecca - they were able to come fix my two broken toilets really quickly, and did a fantastic job putting the new ones in and taking the old ones away. Price was exactly as quoted. Definitely going to be a repeat client for future plumbing projects!
