We recently had a heat pump installed by Cooks and are very happy with the process from beginning to end. Many thanks to Dave, Daryn and the team for a job well done .

I wanted to commend Cook's on a recent service call to our home as we had a septic system backup that required immediate attention. Chris and Bryce showed up after regular business hours with all their equipment and a happy disposition despite having already worked all day long. Their communication, work ethic and polite demeanor made what was a stressful situation much less so. Cook's has done a significant amount of work at our home and each and every job has been done with professionalism and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks so much to Cook's and the entire team!

I find the staff( both office and on site) to be extremely helpful, polite and dependable. Communication is answered promptly. Pricing is fair. As well, I found when Luke came out to give me a quote on some work, he did not try to sell me any service he did not think I needed. From that moment on, I knew I could rely on Cooks to be honest and fair. Andrew and Logan were polite and careful while on site and took the time to answer my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them ( and already have) to those in the community who need work done on their wood stoves.

Chris, the plumber from Cooks, arrived to deal with our shower problem (a mixed delivery system that was always too cool). We were unable to increase the temp. He took it apart and checked for replacement parts (not available here) then put it together and voila! Hot water! He was friendly, understanding and very thorough.

He also checked a basement drain for us. I couldn’t demonstrate the problem but he understood my description, took the utility sink apart and flushed all contributing systems before it was corrected.

We appreciated his professionalism and great personality. Cooks, you have a good man here , a great representative for your company!

It’s amazing how adrip can turn into a significant issue! So,too, will one call to Cook’s turn into a great experience. First class customer skills, excellent service work and one happy customer. I can’t recommend Cook’s more highly.

On December 30 we experienced a leak in the gauge on our water tank which was spilling water out very quickly .So we decided to call Cooks and the Service Department were very helpful and was able to rearrange their schedule and got a technician to come out. Mr R. did an excellent job he was very
experienced and not only did he replace the gauge but he discovered
that the Pressure Control was not working so he replaced that and made sure that everything was working properly before he left. We are grateful for Cooks coming to our rescue and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services

Cooks are the “A” team. Not only completely competent technically, but they deliver thoughtful and personal service. Rick came this week to fix a gas fireplace at our farm. Replacement parts in hand, he was able to correct our issue immediately. Before he left he offered helpful insight into heat pumps, as well as other household possible upgrades.
A kind and intelligent gentleman. Someone you are lucky to have in your home.
