Wholesale Club Cyrville Road features helpful and friendly staff who provide excellent assistance to customers, including those with special needs. While it is a smaller and less premium version of Costco, it offers a good selection for bulk buying without a membership fee. Prices may be slightly higher than expected, but the personalized service, including attentive staff members, makes shopping enjoyable.
Competitive prices and less crowds
I have troubles finding things here a lot of the times. The layout just doesn't make logical sense to me. The staff are usually friendly and helpful if you ask them a question. The cashiers are doing their best to be pleasant despite all of the crap they have to deal with during the day.
I have a business number that I use there and I caught someone in at a cash-two and trying to use my business number. Since then I no longer say it out loud. I just show it to them on my phone. None of the staff seem to have a problem with that.
Great alternative to Costco for bulk buying of groceries. Have been buying here for the past few years since covid, and have not been disappointed. Be sure to have a loonie in your change to get a grocery cart, you'll get it back when you return the cart.
