Brought in a jacket to be cleaned. Initially they said $25 but upon pick up they charged me $38. Upon closer inspection, it did not appear they had removed the stains either. For this price, I could have bought a new garment. Do not recommend.

They lost a sports jacket of mone and are offering nothing in return. The jacket cost me $800 in 2012 and to replace it today is $1500 . I bought the Canali Sport Jacket at Harry Rosen and had a spousal discount. Nothing- no offer to replace and are blaming another company. Disgusting, and btw the way since buying it in 2012 I have used it only on special occasions maybe once a year

Under new ownership. I thought the service had improved but they changed their hours. They are now supposed to open at 11am. Waited until they opened at 11:10am. They did not even have a small flat rate box. I had to go to a different post office.
