Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable staff, perfect location, tranquil setting in a great neighbourhood. Max 15 people at a time means the place never feels crowded. A very enjoyable experience from start to finish, never felt rushed or pushed to buy anything extra. Look forward to returning again soon!

Perfect for a mind and body reset, especially during the cold months. Have only tried the 1 hour rest and recover, where we relaxed and did the hot/cold cycle. This place is compact and cozy. There is a dry sauna, steam room, cold plunge tub, rain/waterfall shower heads, tea/lemon water station and lounge area with a fireplace where you can enjoy a hot footsoak as an add-on. The service is consistently excellent. The front area can get a little congested with people checking in and out, and the lockers are in a separate area than the change room so it can be a bit cumbersome, but those two points are noted for details; they don't actually impede on the overall spa experience....read full review

I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere with a limited number of people. Sauna and steam room both really nice. Only 4 stars because fireplace wasn’t working, but will definitely go back.
