From the moment I walked into Universal Appliances I knew I was in the right place. Mark Clouthier was so knowledgeable and helped me to choose appliances that would accommodate my husband, who is in a wheelchair. He supported me very step of the way, from the choice, to delivery, and then installation. If any problems came up, he was quick to arrange solutions. When I was having difficulty reinserting the shelves/drawers in the fridge after removing them to clean, his colleague, Joseph Cloutier, took the time to stop by my place on his way home from work to show me how to do it properly. I had a great experience looking at and ordering appliances from Universal. John helped me the each time I went in and gave me honest advice when I changed my mind multiple times. I never felt pressured or like he was trying to upsell me anything. We ended up ordering a fridge, range oven and hood fan from him and are so, so happy with them. They arrived within his promised timeline and he was very communicative when I had any questions. Would definitely order from here again!
